Mattachione has always been a company built on its people. On October 31, 2024, we took the next step in that tradition and became an employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

 

For us, employee ownership means more than owning stock. It means having a stake in the success of the company we build every day.
